All claims must be arbitrated on an individual basis and cannot be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of anyone else. All arbitration must occur in Delphos, Ohio, United States. Each party shall bear one half of the arbitration fees and costs incurred, and each party is responsible for its own lawyer fees.  

SEVERABILITY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pricing is subject to change without notice on goods, products, services, and/ or materials sold via the www.dandelionhealings.com web store, whether they are DanDeLion Healing LLC or third-party sourced goods, products, services, and/or materials.  

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Our business operates on a scheduled appointment basis. When cancelling an appointment, we require all customers to provide MORE than 24 hours' notice to the scheduled time. Otherwise, we will charge customers for the full session. We will provide a one-time cancellation fee waiver, where customers can cancel a session in less than 24 hours, at no additional charge. Alternatively, we will offer one free appointment upon rescheduling. The free session will need to be scheduled within 7 days of the cancellation.  If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly give 24 hours' notice. This notice must be by email or text and be sent within 24 hours of the start of your scheduled appointment time.  Please give your calendar a thorough look before scheduling, and reserve re-scheduling for emergencies only. Your success depends on it!   You will forfeit your session if cancelled within the 24-hour period. Under certain circumstances, 12 hours or less will be considered, however, this is NOT guaranteed. This policy is to ensure efficient scheduling for all clients. Thank you!  

RETURN/REFUND POLICY 

We stand behind our products & guarantee your satisfaction. If for some reason you try our product(s) & are not completely satisfied, you may return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund by simply submitting a request on our contact page. Our Customer Service team will process the return and you will be credited within 5 business days. All sales after the 30 Day refund period are final. No refunds on services.
